
Free Mindful Art Therapy

During these 6 sessions we will be using techniques of meditative art and sacred geometry. We will make use of markers, watercolour mediums and pencils to transform inner chaos into outer beauty, while enjoying breathing techniques and guided meditation to ground ourselves and reclaim our peace of mind and wellbeing. No drawing or painting skills required.
