Rahela is responsible for:
  • Connecting people with organisations, creating partnerships and opportunities for local people to reach their potential.
  • Using local knowledge and experience to support projects, and where needed organising training that supports people’s needs.
  • Accessing local health and planning groups, connecting them with residents and working on social prescribing options built locally.
Prior to this, she worked at Participatory City, honing her co-design skills on resident-led practical participation projects, as well as at other community focussed charities, with over 15 years experience in customer facing roles. She graduated from The University of Greenwich with a BA Hons in English with Media Writing.
